2013 New Year Resolution

This year flew by as usual. Now is the time to reflect on not only the this year but what about the past 10 years?

 Are you, today, where you thought you would be 10 years ago? Many times we don't want to think about it because most of the time it hurts. It hurts because of not looking the way we want to look, making the money we thought we would by now, not owning the home we want. So many things that can make us not want to reflect on the past.

 I'm not saying to focus on hurt and pain in our past but to learn from it and set a definite major purpose in our lives.

What is your Definite Major Purpose in life?

This is one thing that I have really been focusing on in the past 6 months. I have done a lot self healing. I have really looked at my path, my choices, my decisions and I now know something amazing. I actually have such clarity.

I now know that I only have control over me. I know that doesn't seem like a great amazing revelation but it is. I realized I was always trying to control others by enabling them to be who they are. I realized that I did so much for others that I never taught them how to do anything for themselves. They relied on me for everything. This caused me to be worn out and let down most of the time.

 I now concentrate on what I want in life. I make sure I look at everything with clarity. I don't make decisions without looking at the possible outcomes. If I can live with the outcome, then I do it. If I can't live with it, then I don't.

 It can be as simple as setting goals then doing them. It is so easy to set goals and even easier to not follow through with them.

Start with setting Vision Goals

Work on putting your Vision Goals on paper. Work on a Vision Dream board. This is so important. When you can see your dreams in front of you, it helps you to have a vision that will be embedded in your mind. This will cause your belief level to come up. The more you believe that your dreams can come true, your daily actions will change and you will accomplish what you want. Look at your Vision Board every day. Ask yourself if you have done everything you could today to work on those goals? If you haven't then you are going to have a hard time meeting your goals.

Whatever the Mind can Conceive and Believe, the Mind can Achieve

Being consistent is the goal. Keep your Vision on your mind from the time you get up, to the time you go to bed. In fact, one thing that seems corny but really works, is recording yourself speaking aloud your Definite Major Purpose and you goals in life.

Speak them into existence but do this by manifesting these goals. Manifest what you want in life.

What happens is that you re-program your mind to put this first instead on the back burner. When we put it on the back burner, we tell ourselves, it would have been nice....

We start to make excuses. Then we are living the same old life that we really don't like, every day. Miserable.

Create your own personal Manifesto. Define your Major Definite Purpose. Click here for an example.

Once you have filled this out and made it your own, start reading it to yourself before you get out of bed in the morning and then again when before you go to sleep every night. Recording yourself reading it works better because you can close your eyes and have a clear vision of what your are hearing.

It is helpful to also feed your mind daily with the knowledge on how to re-program your thinking. I suggest reading a chapter from Think and Grow Rich every day.

The next key is to connect with like minded people

Do you ever notice waking up in the best mood and 1 negative person can just ruin your whole day? It is important in your journey of self development to limit the negative people in your life.

Today, make a decision to change your outcome in life. Set your Definite Major Purpose in Life. Don't let a day go by without working on you and working on your goals.

By doing this, a good habit will form and you won't ever go back to the place in your mind that makes you feel let down, sad or depressed. You will see amazing things happen every day.

What will your New Year look like? What will the next 10 years be like? What is your decision? Are you going to take action and change things in a big way?

My Definite Major Purpose

I thought a lot about this. I didn't know what it was at first but now I do. I am working daily on being financially free and debt free but not for reasons that most do. Many say this and never believe it could happen for them. I know this is happening for my family and I because I have taken massive action to make sure that it does.

The reason it doesn't happen for most is they don't believe it can happen. They don't believe that dreams and desires come true. If you don't believe it, you will never perform or do the actions necessary for it to happen.

 In being debt free and financially free, it enables me to pay attention to my husband and help him also achieve his dreams. For us, it is important to have a ranch. We want to be able to have a place for our friends and family to come and relax and do things they can't do in their normal daily lives.

We want to also open a place that we own and manage together. Not work there but own and manage. Big difference. We want a place that we can teach children how to ride horses, fish, and learn to love the outdoors. We want to give them a way to appreciate the earth and nature and have fun with it. Get them out of the house and off the video games, Ipads and phones.

 Our dream is to have all of this in place for our kids and their kids to enjoy with us. Keep our family close and pass down stories and create amazing memories.

Majority of families do the complete opposite. They work themselves to death, the families lose touch and life just flies by with so many "What If's " and too many regrets.

Have you ever wondered if you would be rich? What do you think or feel when you hear the word rich? Do you think it is for only a few? Why do you feel the way you do?

What is your Definite Purpose in life?

For me it was something that I thinks would be awesome. To be rich and financially free, but I didn't believe it was going to happen for me. Not that I have not had great success in my businesses but not the type of success that equaled financially free, debt free. My definite purpose in life is to help my family achieve what they want. To teach my children the principles of the Law of Success and the Law of Attraction. Having a clear purpose in their minds of what they want. Believing what they want they will have. I am showing them this by leading by example. They are seeing me go through a journey of reprogramming my mind and living my life in the present. I didn't really think too much more about it until after living financially a good life and seeing i quickly turn into a financial nightmare. Then I started to feel like life could not get worse. One bad thing was happening to me after another. Why? Why me? I have always gone out of my way to help people. I have given thousands to friends and co-workers in their time of need. Isn't that suppose to come back to you in your time of need. When you need it? I had no motive for helping people. I just have a big heart and if able, I give, not expecting anything in return. Is that the right thing to do though? I had to do a lot of soul searching and I had to research this law of success and figure out why things were the way the were for me. I am a good person, a God Fearing person, a loving person. I have not hurt anyone. Why did it seem like everyone around me had it good, had a better life, were blessed. Many of them were not good people and I knew for a fact they did not put others first. After losing everything I had worked so hard for and realized that not one person I helped was there for me, I had to figure this out. Was I not really a friend to them. Did they just use me? Did I enable them to be who they are? Why can't I say no. I had to look at me and the full picture. I had to take responsibility for my choices that lead me to where I was. Was it anyone else's fault? Or just mine? The truth is that I had given out so much money that it actually hurt my family and I. I was not going to get blessed for doing this because I was to take care of me and my family first. You cannot help others until you help yourself first. Once I learned this, I was able to say no. People that I thought were my friends, as soon as I said No to loaning them money or doing their work for them, quit calling me. I had friendships based on what I could do for them and it was not mutual. I realized that my family was my priority. I had to shift my thoughts. It is not selfish to take care of you first. I had hurt my family to help others that didn't even appreciate it.

You deserve to be Rich and can be Rich

This leads me to what else I learned. I have found that I thought down deep that money or being rich was bad. Money was the root of all evil. I thought the bible taught it was a sin. Now that I have researched this I have found that God does want you to have money, he wants you to be rich and he wants you to have what your desire.

“Whatsoever things ye ask for when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them,” said Jesus.

Wow that is powerful. It is not enough to pray and ask for what we want but we need to believe we will receive them.

 This means that if you want a specific house or income, you need to believe you have it and then and only then will you have it.

 This is a huge topic so I can't touch on all of it in this article but I want you to realize, today, that you are the way you are, have what you have and do what you do, based on what you BELIEVE.

I strongly suggest you take a journey and dive deep into YOU. What do you want? How can you get it?

 Read The Science of Getting Rich and Think and Grow Rich to start with. Read a chapter a day and then do what you see. This will change your thinking in a big way. You will see good things start to happen for you. You will see that GOD gave you a powerful mind that needs the energy from the Universe. With the positive Energy and your Belief, you can have what you want.

 I have shared the low times in my life with you, but now because of my practicing what I believe, changing and practicing what I have learned, good things have come to me. Everyday my life gets better. I thank God and I thank the people that are like minded in my life for the influence they have on me.

 I am now receiving what I believe I have. It will make sense to you once you have read the books above and researched this for yourself.

 I hope that you realize now that your life does not have to be the way it is today. If your life is hard, if you are broke, if you do not have the job you want , the house you want, the car you want, you must change your thoughts today.

When I was a Broke Realtor

When I was a Broke Realtor

I want to share with you a past that many have been through and many are still going through right now.

 In December of 2006, I had my world fall apart around me. I was a Realtor and I was use to making very good money. I had no problem with paying my $2400 house payment, my two cars, my credit cards and taking care of my kids.

 I always had closings and it was so easy to sell homes in a good market. Foreclosures were few and far between. Loans were easy for people to get. LIFE WAS GOOD

  That month I had 7 closings fall apart. Literally, for 3 of the closings, my clients lost their jobs. Now I felt so bad for them but it also devastated me.

 You see, once you are use to an income and rely on it, and it is yanked out from underneath you in one month, you can't catch up. I had NO income coming in that month and it was set to be over a $50,000 month.

 I didn't know what to do. Things just go worse from there. I had more buyers, more listings, but buyers could not get approved, homes needed to sell short sale. Short sales were taking months to close, if not a year. Average income being $6,000 per home turned into less than $3,000 a per home.

 Closings went from 5 or more a month to 1 if I was lucky. I could not afford my cars, my house, my bills or even groceries.

 My 2 year anniversary to my 2nd husband was horrible because for the first time we could not go anywhere. We had $6 in the bank. It was the saddest and most surreal time of my life.

 Here we had 4 kids to take care of and we had no idea what to do. My husband worked with me and so this affected both of us. He got a job at Max & Erma's waiting tables and I picked up a few part time jobs. Still not enough. We had our water shut off, bounced our checking account, and used all our credit on our credit cards.

 My truck was repossessed and I lost my home after the bank would not approve a short sale. Yea I know, crazy, right? A Realtor losing their home in a foreclosure. It happens every day. Humiliating. I had a buyer for $170,000 after 45 showings and low ball offers. This was the best I would get. I owed $255,000. The bank approved the $170,000 but the investors that back the banks loan wanted $5,000 more. The buyers backed out thinking they were being taken. They thought I was pocketing it. Within 2 weeks my house sold at the sheriff sale.

 I was so embarrassed and so sad. I had to pretend life was great with my friends, family and clients. I saw no light at the end of the tunnel.

 Times were tough. People I thought were clients and then friends of mine, hit hard times and then tried to sue me for something so ridiculous and untrue. I had to hire an attorney to represent me for something that was nothing but lies. What money I had coming in, I had to pay this attorney.

 Then my husband and I separated. Secrets of his past came out and I had to end this marriage. It was horrible for me and the kids. I had actually thought about having an accident so that my kids would get my life insurance. I was at the lowest of low.

 I was on my own and broke. I was not going to give up. I knew that I was a survivor and I refused to let my kids suffer. I prayed to God that night and I said to him that I could not do this anymore. I was DONE. I could not take 1 more thing. I said to him that I was putting this all on his shoulder, in his lap and I was not taking it back. From that day on, I decided I was done worrying. I decided I was going to be happy and not let anything or anyone take it away from me.

 I dove into bible study classes and Think and Grow Rich. I found out that God wanted me to be happy and he wants me to have what I need and want. He gave me permission to pursue a way of life that would create wealth for my family and I.

 He lead me to great opportunities in which I am so grateful. I am paying this forward every day. My mission is to share my story and help as many families as I can create a solid financial future that will not be taken from them.

 I started searching for other ways to make money that would supplement my real estate income. I was use to commissions and not hourly pay. I wanted to reap and sow in my own fields, not for someone else.

 This is what started my amazing journey in the world of Network Marketing, MLM and Internet marketing.

 I started out with a few different mlm's and made great money. I met my new husband who is my soul mate and I now enjoy working from home.

 I will never again be in that place again, thanks to understanding Residual Income.

 Here is the thing, I have always been an Entrepreneur and I thought Real Estate was my calling. I was great at it but when the market is tanking, your income is a direct reflection. I was not going to chase commissions anymore. I was a slave to my business.

 My journey has lead me to want more residuals and to have multiple streams of income.

 I actually get paid residuals from my Real Estate Company for the people I have recruited. Every time an agent I sponsor closes on a home, I get 10% for their gross commission. On average that is over $40,000 a year. I didn't have to sell a house or chase the commissions to earn this. I also earn residuals from a great MLM Company every Friday and I get paid to share with the world the most amazing blogging and training platform. This averages me around $400-$4600 per customer. On top of this I have found an magnificent thing called Affiliate Marketing. I did the work once and I get paid over and over and over again. COOL, right? I love it.

 I can promote and refer people to pretty much every company that I use their products. Like Amazon, Go Daddy, Clickbank and on and and on.

 I can even write my own ebooks and promote them to others that are looking for answers. You can make decent money doing this but you need to provide valuable content and really help people. Otherwise it is just crap and you will not be blessed for long.
